Dr. Andrew Nichols is the founder of the AIP. He is an internationally recognized Parapsychologist and investigator of ghosts, hauntings and other parapsychological phenomena. Dr. Nichols is currently professor of Psychology and Chairman of the Department of Allied Health and Behavioral Sciences at City College in Gainesville, Florida where he teaches accredited courses in psychology and parapsychology. Scott Flagg is a doctoral student in Psychology at FSU. His research into the nature of consciousness and exceptional experience have spanned almost 15 years.

Melissa Violette is the Secretariat and treasurer. Mellissa is a music therapist by profession.
